This limited release is from our Fall Finishing Series that features bourbon finished in four distinctly unique barrels. Inspired by autumn and the warm and cozy feelings we look forward to in the cooler months.

As winter settles in, the final release in our Fall Finishing Series invites you to slow down, lean in, and sip something truly special.

Finished in barrels that once held our house-made Ohio Nocino, a black walnut liqueur, this bourbon offers a rich, layered profile. Notes of orange peel, sweet spice, and roasted nuttiness unfold into a long, warming finish. It’s bold, comforting, and unlike anything else in the series.

Tasting notes:

NOSE: Strong baking spices, Caramel syrup, Powdered sugar, Hints of walnuts

PALATE: Toasted wood sugars, Candied nuts, Rushes of vanilla

FINISH: Lingering caramel, black pepper, and sweet spice

Some spam blocks anything pertaining to a lottery. If you receive a text and aren’t sure if it’s real or not, please call our bottle shop (614) 357-1936.

Can I buy online? Where is the link to purchase? Can I pay now and pick up later?

You cannot purchase online and must come into the bottle shop. If you are unable, you may call to pay for your bottle over the phone (614) 357-1936. This will allow us to hold your bottle until you can come in. PER OHIO LAW, WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SHIP YOUR BOTTLE.

Can I pick up at a liquor store?

Unfortunately, this is a distillery-only exclusive and is not being distributed to liquor stores. Visit us - we’d love to say hello!

Can someone pick up for me? I live out of town; how do I get my bottle?

You can absolutely send someone to pick up for you! They'll need your name, the email address you used to enter, and their ID for pick up. That's it–we'll take care of them from there.

Is this bottle free?

If you are a winner, you have won the right to purchase this limited release bottle for $99.99+tax. Per Ohio law, it is illegal to give away liquor for free.

Does everyone win?

Unfortunately, no. This is a very limited bourbon release, and we expect thousands of people to enter this lottery. We are thrilled with the response to our lotteries and grateful for everyone who supports Watershed Distillery.

Why are unclaimed lottery bottles available?

There are almost always a VERY limited number of unclaimed bottles with every lottery. Why? Often consumers are unaware that the bottles are not free or that we are not allowed to ship their bottle. If there are unclaimed bottles, we will release them for purchase on Monday, December 22.
