Watershed Distillery Barrel Strength BOURBON FINISHED IN NOCINO BARRELS Batch 006 Lottery – Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The Watershed Fall Finishing Series Bourbon Finished in Nocino Barrels Lottery ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of Ohio who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Watershed Distillery ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on November 17th, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 9th, 2025 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period, visit [https://watersheddistillery.com/fall-finishing-series-25-nocino-lottery] or access the official entry form via advertisements on Facebook or Instagram (META platforms). Complete the online entry form in its entirety, including your full name, valid email address, date of birth, and zip code.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.

4. Prize Details

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the opportunity to purchase one (1) bottle of Watershed Distillery’s limited-release bourbon whiskey at its suggested retail price of $99.99. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. If the prize value exceeds $600, the winner will be issued a 1099-MISC tax form.

5. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about December 10th, 2025, from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or text on December 11th, 2025. The potential winner must respond/purchase their bottle by December 21st, 2025. Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

6. Limitations of Liability and Release

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

7. Release

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner's consent to the Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

8. Winner's List

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Watershed Distillery, Attn: Watershed Rye Lottery Winner, 1145 Chesapeake Ave, Suit D, Columbus, OH 43212. Requests must be received by June 30, 2025.

Please note that the purchase of alcoholic beverages is not required to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Additionally, alcoholic beverages are not included as part of the prize. All participants must be of legal drinking age in Ohio (21 years or older).
