Guild 50/50 Martini

1.5 oz Watershed Guild Gin
1.5 oz Blanc Vermouth
3 dash Orange Bitters

Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a coupe or martini glass, garnish with a lemon peel and enjoy.
