We celebrate gin every day here at Watershed, but especially during our summertime gin event. This year, Four Peel Fest will offer ample opportunity to explore and enjoy our family of gins, largely from the comfort of your own home.

Instead of the on-site block party we threw last year, we’re expanding one day of gin into a days-long celebration, capped off with the first ever drive-thru festival (...we think) and socially distanced bottle release of a limited release of Bourbon Barrel Four Peel Gin.

Any other year, Four Peel Fest would give our team the opportunity to mingle and share spirits with the community. This year, they’re taking precautions to socially distance but at the same time, whip up some truly fantastic gin recipes.  Our sales team members are some of the biggest Four Peel fans on the planet, so it would only be fair if we shared their favorite ways to enjoy it so you can too.

Dry Four Peel Martini

2 oz Watershed Four Peel Gin

.25 oz Dolin dry vermouth

2 dashes orange bitters

Stir, strain, serve up in a cocktail glass. Garnish with expressed lemon peel.

Gin & Tonic

1.5oz Watershed Four Peel Gin

Fever Tree Aromatic tonic

Pour gin over ice. Top with tonic. Garnish with an orange peel.

Four Peel Old Fashioned

2oz Watershed Four Peel Gin

.5 oz Agave Syrup

3 dash Angostura bitters

3 dashes orange bitters

Stir ingredients with ice. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Serve with a grapefruit peel.

1 oz Green Chartreuse

1 oz Lime Juice

1 oz Maraschino Liqueur

Shake with ice. Strain, serve up in cocktail glass.

.75oz Fresh Lemon Juice

.75oz Ginger Syrup

Shake, strain over fresh ice, top with Angostura bitters

2 oz Watershed Four Peel Gin

.75oz Sweet Vermouth

.5oz Campari

Stir all ingredients with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with orange peel.

1.5 oz Watershed Four Peel Gin

.5 oz simple syrup

.5 oz fresh lime juice

.25 oz fresh lemon juice 

2 dashes orange bitters

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with expressed grapefruit peel.
