In Four Peelin’ we ask four hard hitting questions to peel back the layers and share some of the characters that make up our little family. The question might change, but we’ll make sure to always ask their favorite way to drink Four Peel Gin so you can follow along at home.

Responsible for delivering the bottles we stock in the bottle shop, and the bottles that get used for cocktails in the kitchen and bar, Tae does it all with a smile on his face (probably the best smile in the building, but we haven’t held our annual smiling contest yet.) Tae is crucial in keeping our busy bottling line humming, and in organizing and delivering orders as the Bottling Production Assistant. Plus, his personal life is super interesting. (Did you know he tries to travel to a different country every year for his birthday?!) That’s enough from the intro writer, let’s ask Tae a few questions for this installment of Four Peelin’.

What’s your favorite way to enjoy Four Peel Gin?

I prefer my Four Peel on ice, the citrus , juniper and cinnamon notes sit well with me.

You’re well-traveled. What have you seen in the exploration that Columbus is missing?

In my many travels i would say one thing Columbus lacks is Definition... the cities I’ve traveled to know who they are. They are rooted in their history or have staple food items. Columbus is still figuring out its identity with all the recent growth.

Which historical figure would you choose to see a movie with? Knowing you can’t talk, but can only sit in their ether and share their snacks BONUS: What snacks do you think they’d order?

If i could go to a movie with any historical figure it would probably be Malcom X. We would share M&Ms because who doesn’t like chocolate covered chocolate!

What’s in your time capsule that won’t be opened until 2060?

If i could place  anything in a time capsule for 2060 it would probably be a bottle of my first home brewed beer. Who knows where the hobby will take me 60 years from now! It would be awesome to see the progression!
