This is our first 6-year bourbon — and it finishes strong. After aging in classic charred oak, we transfer the spirit to custom-toasted barrels to layer in warmth, spice, and deep, developed flavor.

This handcrafted spirit is part of the Watershed Distillery Fall Finishing Series, a celebration of the flavors inspired by autumn and the warm and cozy feelings we look forward to in the cooler months. A testament to the science of bourbon finishing, this straight bourbon whiskey has been finished in hand toasted barrels, made from 24-month open-air-seasoned staves. With notes of roasted marshmallow, charred oak, and cinnamon bread, this bourbon truly captures campfire cozy in a bottle.

Tasting notes:

NOSE: Vanilla, caramel, toasted almond.

PALATE: Rich toffee, dark chocolate, and subtle baking spice.

FINISH: The finish is long, smooth, and softly smoky — like fall by the fire, in a glass.

LOTTERY WINNERS FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I didn’t get a winner’s email, and I checked my spam folder. I only received a winner’s text.

Some spam filters are extremely strong and filter through anything pertaining to a lottery. If you receive a text, rest assured you are a winner and WE ARE HOLDING A BOTTLE FOR YOU TO PURCHASE ($89.99) FROM 10.24.25 - 11.02.25. If you don’t purchase your bottle by 3pm on 11.02.25, your bottle will be sold as an unclaimed bottle.

Can I buy online? Where is a link to purchase? Can I pay now, and pick up later?

You cannot purchase online and must come into the bottle shop. If you are unable, you may call to pay for your bottle over the phone (614-357-1936). This will allow us to hold your bottle until you can come in. PER OHIO LAW, WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SHIP YOUR BOTTLE.

Can I pick up at a liquor store?

Unfortunately, this is a distillery only exclusive and is not being distributed to liquor stores. Come visit us, we’d love to say hi!

Can someone pick up for me? I live out of town; how do I get my bottle?

You can absolutely send someone to pick up for you! They'll need your name, the email address you used to enter, and their ID for pick up. That's it–we'll take care of them from there.

Is this bottle free?

If you are a winner, you have won the right to purchase this limited release bottle for $89.99+tax. Per Ohio law, it is illegal to give away liquor for free.

Does everyone win?

Unfortunately, no. This is a very limited bourbon release and we expect thousands of people to enter this lottery. We are thrilled with the response to our lotteries and grateful for everyone who supports Watershed Distillery.

Why are unclaimed lottery bottles available?

There are almost always a VERY limited number of unclaimed bottles with every lottery. Why? Often consumers are unaware that the bottles are not free or that we are not allowed to ship their bottle. If there are unclaimed bottles, we will release them for purchase on 11.02.25 at 3:01pm. We will hand out numbers to hold your place in line at 1pm on 11.02.25 Our bar will be open to purchase cocktails while you wait. No guarantee is made that there will be unclaimed bottles to purchase as this is a very limited release.
