This 2025 expression builds on last year’s sell-out success, once again merging Old World elegance with our signature Ohio-made flavor. Finished in ruby Port barrels from the renowned Pedroncelli Winery and cooperages in Cognac, France (Tonnellerie Vernou) and Kentucky (Canton), this spirit delivers depth, structure, and a layered, time-worn complexity.
Expect a deep garnet pour, with aromas of spiced plum and mulled wine. On the palate: bing cherry, toasted caramel, and a lingering hint of red wine tannin.
Crafted for collectors, bourbon hobbyists, and those who know fall deserves its own finish.
Tasting notes:
NOSE: Caramel covered pistachios, toasted rye bread, with hints of clove and mint.
PALATE: Sweet Vanilla, transitioning into dark cherry.
