Watershed Distillery is located in the Fifth x Northwest area of Columbus, Ohio. Inside our very cozy 1’985 square-foot space we are usually doing one of the following things any given day of the week:

• mashing
• fermenting
• distilling
• bottling + labelling
• barrelling
• tasting
• making space, filling it up, making space
• giving tours
• playing Hammerschlagen
• corking + writing batch numbers
• shipping out
• avoiding injury
• getting extremely fired up
