OUR COCKTAILS

The Jennings

  • 2oz Watershed Gin
  • Izze Sparkling Grapefruit juice
  • Fresh ruby red grapefruit
    cut to large cubes
Put two or three fruit cubes into the bottom of glass and top with one scoop of ice. Add another layer of fruit and fill the rest of way with ice. Pour in measure of Watershed Gin and refill ice to top as it may have settled.

Fill to top with Izze Sparkling Grapefruit juice. Garnish with a large ruby red grapefruit square on rim of glass.

Kittinger's Cloud

  • 2oz Watershed Vodka
  • Jones cream soda
  • Fresh cranberries
Layer ice cubes and fresh cranberries over top each other until glass is filled to the top. Pour measure of Vodka over ice; refill ice to top if settled with the addition of the vodka. Fill to top with Jones cream soda.

White Tea Collins

  • 2oz Watershed Gin
  • Freshly Brewed then chilled NUMI Blooming White Tea
  • Fresh Ginger
In a glass tumbler, muddle and bruise a quarter-sized chunk of ginger to release all oils and juices.
Add Gin over top of freshly muddled
ginger and stir together with bar spoon. Fill tumbler with ice and add chilled NUMI White Tea to top and stir with bar spoon again to ensure proper mixture. Then, fine strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a wedge of ginger and large green tea leaf on rim of glass.

Martinez Martini

  • 1.25oz Watershed Gin
  • .5oz light sweet vermouth
  • .5oz clear orange liquor/triple sec
  • Heavy dash of Angostura Bitters
  • Sparkling water
Combine all measured ingredients in
a glass tumbler and stir. Pour into a chilled martini glass and top with sparkling water. Garnish with long channel orange zest.

Pear Collins

  • 1.5oz Watershed Vodka
  • .5oz Amaretto
  • Lemon Lime soda (7up)
  • Speared Bosc and Red pears
Put a spear of each pear into the bottom of the Collins glass and layer one scoop of ice on top. Layer one or two more spears of both pears into glass and level off to top of glass with another scoop of ice. In a glass tumbler combine spears of both pears and muddle to extract juice. Layer on Vodka and fine strain into a Collins glass. Fill Collins glass with lemon lime soda and float Amaretto. Garnish with spears of pear on rim of glass.

Blood Orange Screwdriver

  • 2oz Watershed Vodka
  • Lemon Lime soda (7up)
  • Fresh Blood Oranges cut
    into large cubes
Put two or three fruit cubes into the bottom of a Collins glass and layer one scoop of ice on top. Layer on another few cubes of fruit and level off to the top of the glass with another scoop of ice. Pour measured Vodka over ice and refill ice to top as it may have settled with the addition of the Vodka. Fill to top with lemon lime soda. Garnish with a large blood orange square on rim of glass and squeeze another into the drink for juice.
