1 1/2 oz Watershed Bourbon
1/2 oz Peach Liqueur
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Build in a shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into rocks glass with ice. Garnish with lemon.

1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz Luxardo Liqueur
3 Dashes Angostura bitters
